Meet Stacy

Stacy is a Florida-born, mountain-dwelling, serial entrepreneur with a knack for helping people find their spark. As an ICF Certified Coach and a Highlands Ability Battery Consultant, Stacy is the guide you never knew you needed for navigating life's transitions—whether you’re charting a new career path, tackling a new business, or figuring out what’s next in life.

Armed with an MA in Education and 20 years of teaching experience, Stacy has taught everything from Middle School English, Math and Social Studies, to Special Education (her favorite). Add another decade as a broker coach, and you’ve got someone who’s been around the block—metaphorically and literally.

Stacy’s superpower? Helping others “live out loud.” Whether she’s guiding students through their educational and emotional journey, or helping parents and families feel supported, validated and confident…her approach is all about blending encouragement, strategy, and a dash of humor.

When she’s not coaching, Stacy is likely chasing her two teenage sons, Cole and Drake, around the pickleball court, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with her loyal dog Otis or exploring small towns with her partner, Nick. A Florida girl at heart, she still sneaks in a beach day whenever she can—though she’s learned to love the crisp mountain air almost as much as the ocean breeze.
